Giving insights on how all the industries are changing digitally, he highlighted how new upcoming disruptive models are changing the entire scenario. "Be it video entertainment, travel transport, retail, everything today has changed through digitalization. You have also seen how AAP party brought in a new style by approaching the public and then mapping their course. And thats what Xiaomi has done as well with their product."

He says IT guys should never think that  IT strategy can be the digital strategy. What needs to be taken care are the changing digital trends that is changing in respective industries. Need to keep a check on the opportunities and change your DNA according to the evolving needs. Competency and identifying the gaps is also crucial and finally leveraging them.

Praveen Sengar also adds, " To make a huge impact, your product is utmost important and manufacturing it according to customer needs. Secondly, monitoring the usage and modifying the product is equally important for survival. Then you need to strategize your business model around the product. And always clarify the digital role to make an impact."
