BANGALORE: MRO-TEK

Ltd
today announced that it would be focusing on five areas to increase its

sales revenue and market share in the current year.

The five focus areas that MRO-TEK will be concentrating on are increasing
channel partners, providing enhanced broadband management, R&D, application

specific products and solutions and increase customer penetration, says S

Narayanan, chairman and managing director, MRO-TEK.

“Channel Partners are our main focus area, they are important to reach our
customers for broadband management product line. We can achieve long term growth

and success through our channel strategy. Through channels we will reach tier-II

and tier-III cities in the country. Right now, we have 15 channel partners and

our aim is to increase it to 50 by end of this year,” says Narayanan.

Dwelling on the booming broadband, mobile telephony and metro network, which
augur well for MRO-TEK broadband products, he said the robust net subscriber

additions and an explosive growth in traffic on telecom service providers

networks every month will lead to an increased capital expenditure. Bharti

Airtel
, one of MRO-TEK's key clients alone, is targeting capex of around

$2 billion this fiscal, up from $1.4 billion last year.

“This trend will continue for some more time, given the huge expansion plans
of almost all the leading telecom operators in mobile and land line. The roll

out of broadband services nationally by them would lead to a surge in demand for

our products,” he said.

MRO-TEK will entrench into banks, financial service companies, manufacturers and
retailers who are investing heavily in building technology infrastructure with

application specific programs. The demand for Internet access, telecom network

and enterprise network products continue to remain robust. Keeping this in mind,

MRO-TEK believes that application specific solutions will enable clients to

optimize their network and provide bandwidth based on demand, a MOR-TEK

statement said.
