BANGALORE, INDIA: It is unlikely that Google will launch its most awaited Nexus 5 at the I/O conference scheduled from May 15-17 in San Francisco.
A report in UberGizmo says that perhaps Google is aiming for a fall launch of its next generation Nexus smartphone, but that comes with a rider that the news must be taken with a pinch of salt as it is based on rumours.
The report also speculates that the Motorola X smartphone won't be unveiled at I/O.
Recently, a Korean forum had said the Nexus 5, the 5th smartphone in the series, would make an entrance into the phablet category with a 5-inch full-HD (1920 x 1080) display translating into a pixel density of 440ppi.
Nexus 5 boasts the all-new NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor with 2GB of RAM, 8/16GB of internal storage, a 13-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with LED flash and a 3-megapixel front-facing camera.
