Moser Baer Q1 net down 28%

NEW DELHI: India's largest compact disc manufacturing company, Moser Baer India Ltd has posted a 28.24 percent decline in net profit to Rs 48.08 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2004 as compared to Rs 61.66 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2003.

The company's total income also decreased 2.33 percent from Rs 312.79 crore during the first quarter of last fiscal, 2003-04 to Rs 305.48 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2004.
