Xaton's clients include Ziggo, DTG, Superdirect and KPN. The opening of Mobiquity's first European office, headquartered in Amsterdam, is driven by the company's significant growth in the US, as well as increasing global demand for its enterprise-class mobile solutions. Xaton's 60 employees - 40 based in Amsterdam and 20 in India - will become members of Mobiquity's global team, as part of the merger.

Mobiquity identified Amsterdam as the ideal location for its European headquarters due to its central European location and reputation as a global center for high-tech companies. Based on the significant growth opportunity in Europe, Mobiquity will be rapidly recruiting to expand the Amsterdam team to drive business development and augment the existing delivery teams.

A cross-functional team has already begun the work of seamlessly integrating Xaton into Mobiquity and it is expected that staff from each region will be working on client projects together. Dennis Tilgenkamp, Xaton's MD, will serve as MD, Mobiquity Europe.
