Mobileum is Roamware re-incarnated

BANGALORE, INDIA: Roamware, Inc, announced that it is rebranding to Mobileum. With this unveiling of a new logo, Mobileum has adopted Just Wisdom as a promise to its 615-strong mobile operator customer base, spanning 168 countries. Last year, Mobileum (as Roamware) entered the Telco Big Data Analytics market and announced a strategic technology and sales partnership with IBM.

As per the announcement: "Building on Roamware's brand legacy of being the world's leading roaming solutions company, Mobileum offers customers not merely informational insights but Just Wisdom from their data. Mobileum's Just Wisdom promise is endorsed by its rich experience and judgment gained by processing petabytes of mobile operator data regularly for the past 13 years."

Mobileum's Analytics as further shared include offerings like Traveler Analytics, which enables operators to understand and better monetize the traveler segment; Analytics for Customer Experience Management that provide operators rich and predictive insights into a subscriber's experience across the relationship lifecycle and facilitates real-time responses to issues, and Data Monetization which adds a new revenue stream for operators, from the sharing of target segment insights with third-party brands. Mobileum will continue innovating on its industry leading mobile roaming solution portfolio as roaming enters the LTE era.
