Mobile CRM deployed at Ferring Italy SpA

PARIS: Cegedim Relationship Management announced that Ferring Italy SpA has deployed the customer relationship management (CRM) solution, Mobile Intelligence, for their Key Account Management (KAM) and Specialty Sales teams. Ferring Italy SpA, a subsidiary of Ferring Group, is a research-driven biopharmaceutical company devoted to developing and commercializing an expansive spectrum of innovative therapies.

As a press note added, with a portfolio that includes leading reproductive health, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology and osteoarthritis products, Ferring sales reps must successfully connect with a complex matrix of targets. Thus, enriching KAM and Specialty teams through mobile-optimized CRM is critical to maximizing their commercial effectiveness.

Mobile Intelligence is said to enable Ferring to tailor and manage their CRM to their exact requirements through flexible system architecture and robust configuration tools. "The solution delivers flexibility through seamless integration with other systems; and the ability to rapidly adapt to new strategies by adding or enhancing functionalities and visualizations.
