Mississippi Deli takes a bite of MonkeyCatering

VANCOUVER, US: MonkeyMedia Software, a provider of web-based operations solutions for the foodservice industry, announced that McAlister’s Deli has selected MonkeyCatering and MonkeyOnlineOrdering to enable end-to-end visibility and control over the company’s catering business.

Founded in 1989, the Mississippi-based company has grown from a single renovated gas station deli to a national restaurant chain with nearly 300 corporate and franchise locations, tells a press release. 

To support its growing catering business while ensuring excellent customer service, McAlister’s needed a dedicated solution that would give more visibility into its catering operations and help its locations carefully and efficiently manage each step of the process.
