Mio bundles Mundu IM On GPS PDA phone

Mundu IM on the A702 device will be tied to the Mio Location-Based Application (LBS), which will allow unique social networking capabilities such as:

Share location with friends: Users can share their current locations with their friends. The location is determined by using the GPS capability of the device.

• Find a friend: Users can view selected friends or search friend’s location on a map and IM with them.
• Navigate to a friend: Users can find out the location of their IM contacts, and navigate to them (driving directions).
• Phone and email: Users can make phones calls to their friends or request friends to call them. They also receive email notifications and can send emails  to their friends.
• Cross-conference chatting: Chat with friends on multiple IM accounts that include AIM, Yahoo, MSN, Google Talk,  ICQ, and Jabber, and bring them into one seamless chat session.
