MindArk expands data centre with Interxion

GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN: MindArk PE AB, developers of the virtual world Entropia Platform, announced the expansion of its data centre with Interxion. The company hosts the virtual Entropia Universe - an expanding universe of interoperable 3D virtual worlds. The virtual universe is set for upcoming growth with the launch of several new planets from independent developers using the CryENGINE 2 graphics motor.

Interxion's data centre site offers 2N UPS power and N+1 cooling, as well as the most advanced alarm and monitoring systems. It supports the latest high-density power configurations and runs on 100 percent green energy with free cooling and maximum-efficiency components as standard. Customer equipment and connectivity are monitored 24x7 by expert local staff as well as Interxion's European Customer Support Centre (ECSC) both of which have ISO 27001-certified information security management systems.
