Microsoft provides digital platform to bring Real Madrid fans closer to the game

BANGALORE, INDIA: Microsoft is helping Real Madrid embark on a digital transformation journey with Microsoft services and devices.

Microsoft helps to bring Real Madrid fans around the world closer to the game, the club and players, reveals Orlando Ayala - Corporate Vice President and Chairman, Emerging Markets, Microsoft in an official blog post. "This is a four-year vision that will truly change the game for Real Madrid, and enable their fans to enjoy their passion in a unique way," said he.

This is not just about providing devices and collaboration tools to the players and coaching staffs. A significant amount of the focus will be on bringing the football fans closer to the team, through delivering exclusive, content and digital services including virtual access to Santiago Bernabéu stadium during matches.

Fans will be able to build graphic comparison of players and matches.  Microsoft will leverage Cloud and Big Data solutions to make this possible.

Florentino Pérez, president of Real Madrid said, this digital initiative will help the club to connect with millions of Madridistas over the world.
