Microsoft might come up with its own 'Google Glass' in 2014

BANGALORE, INDIA: Microsoft might soon join the elite league of wearable gadget innovators Apple, Google, Samsung and Sony, if reports come true.

Apparently, it is planning to come up with a pair of glasses, like Google Glass, and a smartwatch, said Apple Insider.

"Analyst Brian White said in a note to investors on Thursday that he believes Microsoft is planning to bring to market a set of Internet-connected glasses next year. If true, that would put Microsoft in a position to compete with Google Glass, a project with a very public presence despite the fact that it is still in development."

It is also speculated that the new gadget might be a part of Kinect revamp, to be a part of the next Xbox.
