Microsoft accredits eScan for Windows 7 compatibility

MUMBAI, INDIA: eScan, a leading Information Security solution that provides proactive protection against virus, spam, trojan, and many other information security threats, has announced eScan’s accreditation for Windows 7 Compatibility by Microsoft.

Windows 7, an advanced version of the Windows operating system is intended to be a more focused, incremental upgrade to the Windows line and offers customers enhanced security, as well as innovative user interface features and reliability improvements.

With this, all new customers and existing customers of eScan will not have any compatibility issues when upgrading to Windows 7. Windows 7 compatibility is available from the recently released version of eScan 10 - Version 10.0.997.491 and above. In this release eScan also contains 2 new features – eScan Auto-Backup/Restore Utility and the eScan Remote Support Utility that will help in providing instant support to its customers.
