Micron licenses Avago 30G SerDes for hybrid memory cube devices

SAN JOSE, USA & SINGAPORE: Avago Technologies announced that Micron Technology Inc. has licensed Avago's 28nm Low Power 30Gbps Serializer/Deserializer (SerDes) IP for use in Micron's next generation Hybrid Memory Cube (HMC) devices.
