MeritTrac to set-up integrated recruitment centers

BANGALORE: In a move that signals the evolution of the HR outsourcing sector to the next level, MeritTrac Services today announced that it is setting up a chain of Integrated Recruitment Centers across India, starting with the first one in Hyderabad.

The centers would provide testing & processing services for most corporate needs.

The first integrated recruitment center in Hyderabad would be a 50-seater center with the capability to administer a suite of over 150 tests using OnTrac - MeritTrac's Online Test Delivery software.

The center also would house online/offline test rooms, rooms for interview and group discussion among other facilities. The center will be functional seven days a week, 12 hours a day and will be operated by a team of qualified experts from MeritTrac.

The company also announced that it is planning to leverage its unique position of having a ringside view of the talent pool to offer “Talent Pool Analytics” services to corporates across the spectrum.

The company's plans are a direct offshoot of raising Rs.16.5 crores from HAV2 (Mauritius) Ltd. The funding will be deployed to propel MeritTrac to the next level of growth.
