BANGALORE: Skills assessment company MeritTrac Services has been authorized by OPP to offer the 16PF instrument in India as part of its assessment services.

The 16PF questionnaire is recognized worldwide since 1949, as a highly reliable personality assessment tool and remains one of the most valid predictors of future behaviour.

It is also one of the most popular psychometric tests used by occupational psychologists in assessing people for jobs and promotion

Commenting on this latest addition to its suite of assessments, Mohan Kannegal, co-founder and director, MeritTrac, said, “After offering world class skills assessment in India for over five years now, we wanted to strengthen our offerings in behavioral assessments.
