Ad Positions:
Ad Booking Guidelines :
- All inventory is subject to availability.
- Booking of inventory should be followed by a formal release order(RO) to block the inventory.
- Release Order is a must to begin the campaign.
- Release Order should have the following details:
- It should be on the Company Letter Head.
- It should have a number & date.
- Activity deliverables
- Individual deliverable rate followed by total cost of the activity.
- In case of combination of activities like ads, eDMs & so on, the individual cost split should be there.
- Additional 12.36% service tax is applicable on gross amount. This has to be clearly mentioned in the RO.
- Payment Terms & Conditions.
- Signature of the RO releasing authority & seal of the company.
- Lead capturing mechanism (if any) will be on CIOL server only.
- Services such as site/section specific inventory, quick reports, sales lead/response driven activity, targetting specific segment of audience in eDM communities, cost a premium.
- CIOL can do the creatives for the client at an additional cost
