MagnaChip intros 40V Power MOSFET Series

SEOUL, KOREA: MagnaChip Semiconductor Ltd., a leading Asia-based designer and manufacturer of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products for high volume consumer applications, has launched its 40V N-Channel MOSFET series for use in LCD monitors and TV applications.

The 40V N-Channel MOSFET series allows customers to save overall system cost by minimizing required board space and provides excellent switching performance with the specific combination of RDS(ON) and Qg as a result of advanced technology.

Mass production of the 40V MOSFET series began in May.
