LUXeXceL's process to 3D Print optical components such as lenses, micro optical surfaces and photonics, was appointed as winner by independent industry experts who in turn have contributed significant advances to the techniques and technology used in today's industry.

According to the jury LUXeXceL's Printoptical Technology has an enormous potential for both the 3D printing and the optics industry.

The freedom and flexibility offered by the LUXeXceL platform for designing, manufacturing and prototyping, enables designers to develop new optical products and services.

Additional to this, the patented technique developed for production eliminates the need for post-processing. This makes the printing process easy to scale for volume manufacturing.
