LTLA, an international freight forwarder, uses a combination of small parcel and airfreight services to deliver a wide variety of parts and supplies used to inspect, maintain and repair aircrafts, aircraft related components and engines for their multiple clients in the aviation industry.

As LTLA began the search for a SaaS platform for their global business, they quickly learned that the combination of parcel, air freight and trade compliance for end-to-end shipment management would eliminate many traditional TMS providers. "We were surprised that we couldn't really find a single provider in the market that supports all modes of transportation within one SaaS solution," remarked Christian Ehard, Director of Transportation for LTLA. "We believe that MercuryGate has the potential and the vision to get there before anyone else and we want to be part of seeing that happen."

"We are thrilled to have such a great partner in LTLA", says MercuryGate Vice President of Global Logistics, Doug Surrett. "While the MercuryGate TMS already supports complex, multi-leg, multi-modal shipments, LTLA is partnering with us to make our solution even more robust and attractive for international freight forwarders."

LTLA will use the MercuryGate TMS for rating, scheduling, booking, and tracking of both parcel and airfreight shipments of 110,000 different parts throughout the USA to maintenance stations around the world.Â
