Lenovo expands distribution network through SES

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Lenovo has announced the opening of new distribution territories for desktop and notebook for SES Technologies, a channel partner. The new territories are West Bengal, Orissa, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Kerala, Chhattisgarh and Tamil Nadu.

It is a step further to reiterate SES's overall contribution in breadth billing and partner's reach in the country, said a press release.

This will mean that SES distributes Lenovo in 70 percent of India, making it one of the distributors with the largest territories.

In SES, we see a committed distribution partner that has the reach and respect of the IT industry which adds greater value especially with their large footprint in the country," informed L Ramprasad, VP—Transaction Business Unit, Lenovo.

This association between Lenovo and SES Technologies will leverage the combined strengths of technology solutions and effective reach toward developing IT market in these states.

It will also add quick delivery and efficient billing cycles to ensure product availability for the end customer.

SES has a strong channel base across the country providing extensive service support equipped with a well-trained workforce.
