BANGALORE, INDIA: LAVA International Limited has announced the launch of LAVA Iris X1 Selfie.

Lava Iris X1 Selfie comes with a 4.5 inch IPS display. It has a 5 megapixel selfie camera which comes loaded with Front LED Flash, enhancing the quality of Iris X1 Selfie photographs clicked under low-light conditions.

Both the front and rear camera have multiple capture modes. Pictures can be clicked by making a "V" Gesture for front camera that helps capturing images with victory symbol "V".

Alternatively it also supports voice controlled photo capture methods which assist in clicking pictures by saying “Capture” or “Cheese”. Further, there is a ‘Tap to Capture’ feature which allows users to focus and click images with a single tap, thus removing the need for a second tap. The smartphone also sports the smile detection feature for both front & rear camera and offers various modes such as HDR, Burst, Panorama and Image watermark. Full HD Video recording is also available on preview screen.

The smartphone has a social gallery which facilitates immediate upload of the clicked images to social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and others.

Not just this, the smartphone also includes a ‘Beauty-fi’ software which helps in enhancing the picture quality and editing the physical appearance through modes such as eye-enlargement, eye lashes colour, teeth whitening, skin smoothening, skin whitening, face boundary slimming, skin coloring and make-up between eyes and eyebrows.

The smartphone, priced at Rs. 6,777 is powered by a 2000 mAh Li-Po battery and 8 GB ROM, expandable up to 32 GB.

The smartphone will be available in vibrant colours such as Icy white, royal black and purple, across all national retail stores and multi-brand outlets pan India and online channels from early next week.
