Kyocera launches four new A3 colour MFDs

TOKYO, JAPAN: Kyocera Document Solutions has launched A3 colour multi-function devices (MFDs) - TASKalfa 3051ci, TASKalfa 3551ci, TASKalfa 4551ci and TASKalfa 5551ci.

These come with enhanced colour quality and also offer new features and functions to enable a fully customisable workflow, says a release.

All four MFDs have a user-friendly design and are fast, with speeds from 30ppm to 55ppm and time to first copy of 4.5 seconds and featur Kyocer‘s HyPAS software platform.

HyPAS allows easy interface with business applications such as document management systems (DMS) and enterprise resource Planning (ERP).

Its colour operation panel is adjustable and encompasses ‘touch and swipe' functionality, while four integrated USB slots allow connection of additional devices such as IC card reader, USB keyboard or USB stick. Password policy can be defined and managed by an administrator on these devices and the TASKalfa 5551ci series is equipped with IPsec and PDF encryption as standard.
