The Bangalore project, located on Hosur Road, near Outer Ring Road is about five acres and will be live by June. The Hyderabad project, spanning 25 acres, and positioned near the new international airport at Shamshabad, is expected to be complete by August next year.

The realty major would also kick start a 25 acre IT SEZ facility near Kharadi and another one in Hinjewadi that will possibly be live by April 2008.

“Apart from IT, we will have BPO, nanotechnology and biotech areas keeping our incumbents’ needs in mind. Our differentiator will be scalability that is usually a rare feature in most SEZs. We would be able to offer spaces for all size requirements, be it 5000 sq ft or 10,000,” told Kruti Kumar Jain, executive director, Kumar Builders.
