Kavveri acquires Spotwave

BANGALORE, INDIA: Kavveri Telecom Products Limited (KTPL) has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has acquired Spotwave Wireless Inc, USA and Spotwave Wireless Inc, Canada, through the company's wholly owned Canadian subsidiary Kavveri Technologies Inc, Canada.

Spotwave specializes products for indoor wireless coverage solutions. With the acquisition, the company is introducing intelligent adaptive repeater In-building solutions.
