K Raheja Corp ties up with Servcorp

BANGALORE, INDIA: K Raheja Corp, which is into real estate and retail business, today announced an exclusive franchise agreement with Servcorp, a pioneer in the field of serviced offices and virtual offices business, to establish a presence in the fully serviced offices business in India.

Currently the facilities are available at Mumbai and Hyderabad. The new tie-up would strengthen the Group’s objective of providing an end-to-end business logistic support to the clients in India and further grow its breadth in the realty and consumer business, said a press release.

According to Sunil Hingorani, senior VP-Finance, K Raheja Corp, who is leading this venture, “The partnership will offer fully functional serviced offices to the new ventures. We will offer state-of-the-art Business Centres across major cities in India. The first two centres are located in Hyderabad and Mumbai.”

Since the Indian economy is growing at very fast pace, there are enhanced opportunities available for entrepreneur fraternity today, he added.
