Manufacturing

We have been fortunate to solve some of the innate problems faced by our clients in their business, providing them with a significant increase in efficiency and cost-saving. For example, we worked with leading Manufacturing organizations in automating reporting processes specifically for keeping a close tab on inventory.  The process of reporting requests, transaction data, and inventory data was tedious and had a lot of manual handoffs. This resulted in a significant delay in reports. Our implementation helped in the reduction of report processing hours from 12 hours to about 2.2 hours. It further led to a significant reduction in transaction time for inventory in the upstream and downstream system.

With another Steel Manufacturer, our solution helped in the automation of purchase accounting and helped in the faster movement of vehicles in and out of plants. This has helped in collecting data accurately so it can be processed by various IT systems. The solution helped in the reduction of the vehicle waiting time by 1/4th. Effective results were also delivered in the area of bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and account receivables having a direct impact on cash flow which is the lifeline in these testing times.

BFSI

For one of our BFSI clients, the Payroll process required a lot of time and human effort for the validation of data coming from the different systems like time-in/time-out, holidays, expenses, etc. This needed a lot of effort specifically in data validation. Thus, Judge India helped in achieving accuracy and reduced up to 80% of validation hours.

This brought agility to the workforce deployment.

Healthcare

Judge India has significantly contributed to implementing robust digital solutions for one Healthcare provider where the RPA solution has helped in areas focused on medical billing, account receivable, and patient pre-admit and registration providing critical support with burgeoning demand and crunch in the human capital. This led to a 20% reduction in operations costs.

With one of the insurance clients, we have successfully automated claims process management and enrollment process leading to significantly less pressure on the operations team while improving the accuracy to 100% and efficiency of the process by 40%.
