Jio network users seem to be facing the problem of slow internet today all over India. This comes days after Vodafone Idea went down two times within a week. According to users, Jio Network is apparently slow from the past 5-6 hours. Although complaints on Twitter are very less, customers have been complaining of a lack of connectivity on Down Detector.

A user on Twitter writes to Jio, "I am facing lots to trouble in your Jio Network. Problems like call drop, slow internet from last 3 days. Please resolve the issue immediately. Your agent disconnected my call 3 times, why this is very poor customer service?"

Another user complains to Jio, "Hey Iio, is to your service 4G or 2G? The speed in my area as slow as 2g for many hours!" Similarly, one more user complained of "Jio network like 2g". He says, "Slow like 2g please change the name Reliance 2G not 4G"

Some users even say that they will shift to other networks providers. Jio customer care aka Jio Care as of now is responding to customers saying “Hi! We understand your concern. Kindly DM us your Jio number to assist you further on the network issue.”

Another user says, "What's going wrong with jio internet in Meerut? So slow and irritating network now. I am really fed up with your service. Please fix it ASAP."

To this, Jio replied, "We are here to assist you. Please confirm the exact issue with Jio services ( No network, slow speed, buffering issue, unable to connect to the internet, network issue, low network etc.) for further assistance."

The most-reported locations are Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Patna and Chennai, according to DownDetector.

Recently, the Vi network faced an outage in Pune and other cities in Maharashtra due to Heavy rain, which resulted in the flooding of some areas including one of the company’s key sites. The outage, according to customers, lasted for over 12 hours. Thus, Jio's outage is another setback to users without much of an option as neither Airtel nor BSNL have been providing any better speed.
