JEE Main 2021 correction window will open today, January 27, 2021. The direct link to correct any discrepancies will be available on the official website of NTA and JEE (Main). Thus, students who wish to correct their information spelling of the name of candidate, contact or address details, Category, PwD status, educational qualification, date of birth, choice of exam cities etc can do so till January 30.

What changes can the students make to the JEE Main 2021 form?

Here is a tentative list of all the details that a student can change in their application form:

• Personal details like the spelling of the name of the candidate, date of birth, photo, contact number or address details

• Category and PwD status

• Aadhar Number

• Educational qualification

• Choice of Exam Cities

NTA has not yet disclosed the fee for the changes. But a candidates will not have to pay any fee to change their personal details. In case of a candidate wants to select both Paper 1 and Paper 2, or changing the category from general or unreserved to reserved (SC-ST-OBC), only in these two cases will the candidate need to pay an extra application correction fee of JEE Main 2021.

Further, the original dates of the opening of the correction window was January 19 to 21. But, only recently, NTA had extended the date to apply for JEE Main 2021 till January 23. Thus, the new dates are in accordance to the new deadline.

How make corrections to the application?

• Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in

• Key in your login credentials

• Click on the JEE Main Correction in Application Form 2021 link

• Read the information and proceed to correct the details that you wish to

• Pay the fee (if applicable)

Any JEE main 2021 correction request after January 30, 2021, will not be accepted by NTA under any circumstances. Candidates must make sure that they will not be able to change their registered email ID and mobile number through the correction window.

Admit Card

National Testing Agency will release the JEE Mains 2021 admit cards around the second week of February 2021. NTA is yet to announce the JEE Main admit card release date.
