BANGALORE: Indian IT company ITC has opened a dedicated development centre here, which could seat 60 people, for Danske Bank.
This follows the multi-year, multi-million contract ITC had signed earlier this year with Danske Bank, the biggest bank in Denmark.
"This is a strategic relationship spanning multiple years and multiple ares of working to cater to Danske's requirements," Sanjiv Puri, managing director of ITC said.
The BFSI segment provides a quarter of current revenues for ITC, which has development centres in Bangalore and Kolkata. The company had posted revenues to the tune of $64 million. It is currently looking to grow both organically and inorganically.
