BANGALORE, INDIA: Intel India announced important changes to its employee benefit programs, and they will be effective from 1st September, 2015.

The recent changes aim to bolster Intel India’s employee benefit offerings in the maternity, paternity and adoption space, while boosting the overall experiences of women employees who are new or soon-to-be-mothers.

Women employees at Intel India now have a suite of benefits available to them, which can enhance their overall experience, from pre-delivery, post-delivery until return to work.

Further to the roll-out of the enhanced benefits, Intel will continue to seek feedback from employees and explore further enhancements to the benefit offerings.
