Satish K Sanan, executive chairman & CEO, Integreo Inc said, “We have raised $ 40 million funds to acquire companies, technology assets, and build infrastructure. With four onshore centers in the US, delivery of services would be done from India. Besides, expanding the existing team in Hyderabad, we are also exploring other centers like Pune to set up a facility.”

Integreo India Pvt. Ltd has around 600 associates working on healthcare processes. The company is setting up a new facility with investments of $ five million and is likely to grow up to 3,000 in the next 24 months.

According to Sanan, the healthcare services market in US alone is around $ 1.7 trillion. “We are the only services provider offering integrated services including payor, revenue cycle management (RCM), medical management services, etc,” said Sanan.

Integreo recently acquired the RCM division of Siemens and thus became the second largest RCM services provider. “The only space left is the medical management services, which we are going to soon enter with an acquisition. Going further, we see RCM as one of the fastest growing areas, while the payor and provider services segment will stabilize,” said Sanan.
