Indian CRM package in top 10 global listing

BANGALORE: TriVium Systems has announced, in a media release, that the

deployment of their flagship product SimpleRM at Sonus Inc., a medical equipment

manufacturer with over 900 clinics in the US and Canada, was ranked among the

Top 10 CRM Implementations for the Year 2001.

This selection was announced by market analysis firm, Aberdeen Group,

providing examples of excellence in CRM implementations worldwide and highlights

successful deployments, which generated significant return on investment for

customers, in a short time frame.

Trivium’s SimpleRM was recently listed as the top 30 CRM packages in the

world by ISM Inc., a market analysis and research firm in the US. It has also

received awards such as, "CT Expo 2000, Best of show award",

"Product of the year award" from Customer Inter@ction Solutions and

"The Grand Prize for Innovation" by Intel Dialogic CT Media Innovator

Aberdeen Research, Director, Denis Pombriant, "Return on investment was

a major theme in the CRM industry in 2001 and we wanted to identify cases where

implementations succeeded and where the customer could point to a return they

received from the implementation".
