India Today Group signs e-mail service deal with Epsilon

MUMBAI, INDIA: Epsilon, a marketing services company, announced that it has signed an agreement with India Today Group Digital (ITG Digital) to provide e-mail related services.

ITG Digital is the online business unit of The India Today Group, which has 36 magazines, one radio station, four TV channels, one newspaper, a classical music label, book publishing and an online luxury retail store.

As part of the agreement, Epsilon will manage consumer and trade e-mail communications initially for ITG's luxury brands online private sales store Bagittoday.com and gradually rolling out to other online properties. 

DREAMmail’s multi-level dynamic segmentation, automation capabilities and advanced reporting and analysis tools allow ITG Digital to harness the behavioural and transactional data of customers and subscribers quickly and efficiently.

Epsilon will also provide data analytics, strategic consulting and best practice guidance addressing segmentation and targeting, data collection and maintenance, customer engagement, inbox deliverability, creative performance, content relevancy and multi-channel integration.
