NEW DELHI, INDIA: Vodafone India has set up extra mobile base transceiver stations (BTS) towers inside Pragati Maidan to facilitate uninterrupted, seamless connectivity and quality voice and data services for all visitors at the 35th India International Trade Fair (IITF).

With lakhs of footfalls expected every day at this annual trade fair to be held from Nov 14-Nov 27, Vodafone has pro-actively introduced these mobile BTS towers to ease congestion and support the telecom requirements of the visitors.

According to Vodafone, the BTS towers are like Network on Wheels as they can be deployed anywhere across the Pragati Maidan area based on customer requirements. Vodafone India is closely engaged with the organizers and Government authorities to deploy the towers.
