PUNE: There is an increasing global demand for Indian managers who could provide solutions on various systems, processes and situations, Mahan Tavakoli, Managing Director, International Business, Dale Carnegie & Associates said.

"Indian managers are increasingly sought after to provide solutions on various systems, processes, and situations to their counterparts across the globe and that by itself brings with it a tremendous responsibility to perform, deliver and stay updated with the latest and most current developments in their respective fields," Tavakoli said.

He was speaking at the launch of Dale Carnegie's new office in Pune.

Pallavi Jha, managing director of Walchand Capital and Dale Carnegie Training India, said, "The growth in the services sector has been exponential over the last 10 years and that growth has fuelled a requirement for top of the line people."
