BANGALORE: UK based Inatech Infosolutions has announced that it would increase its headcount in India from 65 to over 100 by March 2005. Inatech offers pre-packaged solutions for Oracle applications as well as consultation in business process management and Sarbannes-Oaxley.

According to the company's Managing Director, Vedeante Srihari, the expansion is in line with the company's growing clientele in the UK and Europe for business consulting services. He added, "Our 30 percent on-site-70 percent offshore model ensures that most of the key areas like development, support, maintenance and helpdesk happens in India."

The two-year-old company set up a development center in Bangalore in 2003 with an investment of around $ 500,000. According to Inatech India operations Director, Ravindra Krishnappa, the company is targeting revenues of $24 million by 2006 and has turned cash flow positive in India this year.

The company's newly appointed Sales and Marketing Director, Chris Baker said that some MNCs in India like GE and Dell were also their clients. The estimated market size in India for Oracle-related applications is around $200 million. Talking about the company's market focus he said, "We are not proactively pursuing the Indian market since our steady revenue stream comes from the UK."
