CREDAI’s Preferred Partner program was unveiled in January 2010 in Dubai at the National Convention for real estate developers, by Minister Kumari Selja and Deepak Parekh, chairman HDFC.

The Preferred Partner program is CREDAI’s “official seal of approval” for a comprehensive best product certification amongst all products, materials and services used in the real estate and construction industry, said a press release.

Introducing the concept, Dharmesh Jain, vice president, CREDAI had said, “We want to forge partnerships and ensure that the best people in the industry partner with us over the years, in CREDAI's efforts to build a stronger real estate industry."

Rahul Chawla, managing director and CEO of In4velocity Systems added, “What started as a small 5 person company in a basement, is now over 100 people, with customers in 11 cities in India and 4 countries internationally. Our product is used by over 14,000 users (mostly CREDAI members) and in terms of revenue; this will be our best year ever.
