IIJ to buy part of AT&T's Japan ops

TOKYO, JAPAN: Internet access service provider Internet Initiative Japan  said on Tuesday it would buy AT&T Inc's Japan network outsourcing service business for 9.17 billion yen ($100.7 million).

IIJ said it will acquire a new subsidiary that will be set up by AT&T to spin off the operations.
