IDS to offer interface for Open Office

BANGALORE, INDIA: IDS Softwares Pvt. Ltd. (IDS), provider of integrated IT solutions for the hospitality industry sector, has announced its latest offering, an interface between the world-renowned ‘Fortune Suite of Integrated Solutions’ and Open Office applications.

This feature provides as a viable alternative to MS Office.

The daily reports that form an important part of the operations at a Hotel can now be generated using Open Office that can be downloaded from the internet at absolutely “No Cost”. This means that each hotel can save a fortune by not having to invest in regular Office Applications that can now be replaced by Open Office.
