NEW DELHI, INDIA: HTC has announced the India launch of the new HTC Desire 820s dual SIM. It delivers an immersive 13.97 cm (5.5”) wide screen multi-media experience and capture photos through its 8 megapixel front facing and 13 megapixel main cameras.

The device comes with a 5.5” HD screen with the 1.7 GHz Octa-Core processor. The HTC Desire 820s dual sim also features HTC’s signature BoomSound front facing speakers for an extraordinary listening experience with outstanding sound quality.

Launching in India in Tuxedo Grey, the HTC Desire 820s  features a two-tone colour unibody that not only looks stylish but ensures awesome device quality, strength and tolerance.

HTC Dot View case will also be available from launch, providing instant access to your phone without opening the cover. With a range of functions from answering calls and receiving and dismissing notifications with a simple swipe, this retro style case can be customised to suit any situation, with the ability to create your own wallpaper by selecting images from your gallery or from 18 different themes.

HTC Desire 820s dual sim also offers real time Live Makeup, allowing you to preview the image and set the desired level of skin smoothing before capturing.

The smartphone offers high-performance imaging with a f/2.2 aperture and a 13 megapixel BSI sensor, that help the phone’s rear camera capture incredible quality images in both daylight and low light.

The device operates at maximum power efficiency with MediaTek technologies’ processing capabilities. This technology features separate performance and low power clusters within the processor to better manage intensive and lighter workloads.

The smartphone is priced at Rs. 25,500.
