HP India launches new offerings for SMEs

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Hewlett-Packard (HP) India on Thursday announced the launch of new products in order to ensure that Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) get the most from technology.

The company claimed in a press release that the new line up of products and services — ultra-portable notebooks HP ProBook 5330m and 4230s, HP EliteBook 2560p and 2760p, and docking solutions, etc — help them in achieving real results from their technology investments.

The new product portfolio merges their requirements of reliable technologies, manageability, superior performance and innovation with state-of-the art design and style, it said.

The FORGE (form, optimize, richness, guarded and enduring) design framework ensures that HP business notebooks embody sturdy construction, designed with the environment in mind and precision-engineered durability features for maximum reliability.

“HP is committed to having a robust set of products supported by a well-defined and compelling roadmap, based on constantly changing customer needs. This product line-up will deliver the best value to our enterprise and SME customers, hence demonstrating our market and technology leadership,” said Vinay Awasthi, senior director, Product Category, Personal Systems Group, HP India.

He further added, “With the help of our channel partners, the new product range will enable SMEs to improve security, reliability and value. HP commercial products help them increase their ROI on technology investment. From a customer education perspective, with the ‘Make IT Happen’ campaign SME customers are learning more about the multitude of benefits of technology options available.”
