Hinduja Global Soln, Talisma join hands

MUMBAI, INDIA: Talisma Corporation Private Limited, a customer relationship management (CRM) application provider has named Hinduja Global Solution as its strategic partner.

The strategic partnership is part of Talisma's go-to-market strategy. Under the partnership, Hinduja Global Solutions will act as a service provider to Talisma's customers with IT services and support.

Further, as per the tie-up, the BPO company will extend services to its own customers by offering Talisma's products.

“Hinduja Global Solutions is one of our key customers, which has been using our CRM solutions. And considering the company expertise in knowledge and business processing domain, we have named Hinduja Global Solutions as our strategic partner,” Talisma's managing director for Asia Pacific and European Operations, Raj Mruthyunjayappa told CyberMedia News.

“With this, we are extending the offerings on tradition deployments with expert management services for enterprises. Talisma will have a Center of Excellence (CoE) which will be co-sourced from Hinduja,” added Mruthyunjayappa.

Hinduja Global Solutions' CEO Partha Sarkar said the strategic partnership is kind of consortium. “We would be providing IT services and support in the form of call centers as well as web based services. In current situation, the market is risky and hence consortium kind of platform is feasible for business.”

Hinduja Global Solutions is a public-listed business process outsourcing (BPO) company with a revenue of about US$ 175 million with over 40,000 people.

“About 80 per cent of business processing is based on CRM application whether it be voice based or web based servicing. As a strategic partner we would be the service providers to Talisma,” Sarkar added.
