GTM appoints Ranjan Sinha to its BoD

BANGALORE, INDIA: Bangalore based Global Talent Metrics (GTM), a psychometric testing, sourcing and selection technology company announced the appointment of Ranjan Sinha, a veteran HR professional and thought leader, to its board of directors.

Ranjan Sinha pioneered India’s first in-depth study on causes of attrition, in association with IIM-B. The findings of the survey helped GTM develop a first of its kind tool to predict attrition early in the selection process, customised to the needs of the Indian market.

In the past 20 years Ranjan Sinha has founded and directed a number of service and technology companies in the area of human resources, healthcare services, email and marketing services.

Most recently, Sinha co-founded Summit HR, a leading talent engagement company, with the vision of helping CEOs and their teams successfully combat a myriad of external and internal challenges, such as the need to improve both the supply and quality of talent, reduce unwanted turnover, and help “win the war” for talent.

Summit HR has been recognised as the Top HR Outsourcing Company by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, The Gartner Group, and Fortune Magazine. Sinha himself has been recognised as “HR Outsourcing Superstar” for two consecutive years by HRO Today Magazine for his contributions to the HR industry.

Sinha holds a Master’s degree from the Wharton School of Business as well as an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has a B Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
