GSA's 15th Annual Suppliers Expo & Conference

SAN JOSE, USA: The Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) has announced the 15th annual GSA Suppliers Expo & Conference, which will be held on October 2, 2008, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, Calif. The conference will feature speeches and panel discussions presented by industry leaders, as well as an exhibition spotlighting the industry's most innovative products and services.

The theme for this year's conference will be "Global: Markets, Perspectives, Technology," and will highlight globalization throughout every part of the semiconductor supply chain from semiconductor and design companies to supplier companies and ultimately to consumers.

The GSA annual briefing will also take place during the event, which highlights the latest updates on the Alliance's resources, tools and initiatives. The event will host more than 100 exhibiting companies along with nearly 2,000 attendees from fabless, IDM, OEM, supplier and service provider companies.

"For the past 15 years, GSA has fostered collaboration throughout the supply chain through educational programs and exhibits at the Suppliers Expo & Conference," said Vivian Pangburn, vice president of global marketing at GSA. "The conference will articulate global challenges, opportunities and solutions within critical areas of the supply chain."
