Google Now Launcher available on Google Play

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Google Now Launcher is available on the Play Store, but only for its Nexus users or for the Google Play edition devices running the latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS. If your device fits into this category then you can download it from google app store.

Although Google itself did not make an official announcement about the launcher being available on the Play Store but it is very much there for download. Google Now Launcher's availability to just a few devices won't make a lot of people happy but we might see it coming out for a broader category of devices in sometime.

Google Now Launcher gives you a faster and easier access to its Google Now service. All you need to do is, give voice commands and Google follows them obediently. You can ask to open up an app, search things for you on web or even ask random questions like' What's the weather like or what is the temperature' and it'll display all the answers within seconds, all you would need is a good internet connectivity. Apart from that, it also provides you with a wider screen with translucent status and navigation bars.

Till now, it was only the Nexus 5 users who enjoyed this service by Google, but now it is available for free on Google Play for a few more selected devices. We just hope it comes out for a wider range of Android devices very soon.
