While users can get 15GB of data for free, with their Google+ and Gmail accounts, now the paid schemes are now more tempting than ever.

Now, users can get 100GB for only $1.99 per month as opposed to the previous rate of $4.99 per month. The variance is even more drastic on the 1TB plan. Previously, it was offered for $49.99 per month, but now it's only offered for $9.99 per month.

Users can even get 10TB for $99 per month. With this move, Google is now massively undercutting DropBox. Google is known for such moves and it's doing it again.

DropBox offers 100GB for $9.99 per month. In the same amount Google offers 1TB. In fact, DropBox offers 500GB for $49.99, so Google's 1TB plan is really a steal.

Of course, one should be mindful that Google Drive storage is shared across various Google services, but still the value of the new plans is undeniable.
