LOS ANGELES, USA: Glip, Inc., the developers of the Glip cloud-based conversation platform that helps teams plan, share, and organize work, announced full integrations with Google Drive and Dropbox.

These integrations with two of the leading cloud-based file sharing solutions, enable Glip customers to more easily share and manage content with other team members, ensure that all team members are always working with the latest versions, and most importantly keep that content in context, embedded in the conversations that led to creating, changing and sharing the file in the first place.

"Cloud-based file sharing applications like Google Drive and Dropbox have transformed the way teams share and work together on important documents, spreadsheets and image files. Integrations like these help Glip make it easier for teams to work together reducing the number of separate apps that teams need to access, as well as connecting files within the context of team conversations," said Peter Pezaris, Glip's founder and CEO.

Glip users simply need to select the "Share Files" option when composing a message to share a file from Google Drive or Dropbox. The link to the source file will then be shared in the context of your conversation and team members will be able to open the file to review and make revisions. Files can easily be shared from one conversation to another, all the while staying in sync and up to date.

For users that would like to add content from other third party content tools, Glip also created an easy way to upload content into Glip with the new "From the Web" file upload option.

The Glip conversation platform is built around conversation streams that keep everyone connected and in the know. Document sharing, task management, shared calendars, and universal search capabilities are seamlessly integrated into the conversation stream so teams can get things done quickly. Glip users can also stay connected with their teams while on the go with Glip Mobile for iPhone. Glip Mobile for Android is currently available in Beta.

Glip offers a 60-day trial period, after which is $5/user/month, or $50 per year.
