BANGALORE, INDIA: Who wouldn't want to get the best out of their business website by wooing customers, even the ones who drop out?

Let's consider this scenario: A user visits an airlines website to check for ticket availability to, for instance, Sydney from Bangalore. S/he is not impressed with the rates being offered and goes on to check other kind of information like news updates on the Web.

In no time, a relevant banner ad on airfares pops up on her/his current window, though it is nowhere associated with any airlines. Since the results are customized now to suit the earlier search query, s/he might be interested to check it out again.

It is Visitor Relationship Management (VRM), a digitized way of CRM, the premise on which Vizury Interactive Solutions operates. "At the backend, we have tied up with banner inventory sellers. We have processes to specifically identify a user and once we find the ID, we target the user with relevant information they were looking for," says Chetan Kulkarni, co-founder & CEO of the company.

"Once our inventory seller contacts our server on the run-time, we will build a dynamic ad and package it together in about 500 milliseconds."

Operational since December 2008, Vizury offers digital marketing solutions that allow customers to extract maximum value of their digital data. Explains Kulkarni, "We help advertisers and businesses unlock their data and to maximize their lifetime value. We are focused on direct response advertising, in areas like e-commerce, group buying, airlines, online travel agencies, hospitality and classifieds."

"What VRM does is helping our customers spot the behavioral profile of their prospective online buyers and help target them through advertisements. We get paid for every sale, as the model is result-based," adds Kulkarni.

If somebody is not interested in these ads, they can opt out. "It's not like the user is bombarded," says Kulkarni.

He claims that Vizury had delivered incremental returns of up to 1500 per cent, making it one of the most sought out partners in the Internet advertising world, and the response rate for their ads are better than the general ones.
