Genpact inks deal with Hercules

BANGALORE, INDIA: Genpact has signed a multi-year contract with chemicals manufacturer Hercules Incorporated to provide business process and IT services support.

Genpact will provide services for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, certain activities in business analysis and general accounting, and IT applications development and support, including an SAP upgrade, Genpact said in a statement.

Tiger Tyagarajan, executive vice president, Genpact, said, “We believe our strong focus on Lean Six Sigma process improvement and efficiencies, along with our global footprint, makes Genpact well suited for Hercules.”
